Most packages come with new MRE-style clear plastic Ziploc bag, which can store water. Add water to bag mentioned. then put in the oven MRE bag. add the right amount of warm water in the heater bag to sit and wait.
Or you can use a camping stove and heat in a metal cup to buy on the stove.
Read the instructions, you don t heat the water used for drinking,
only a kettle,
I use a small backpack stove, a metal cup, and instant coffee.
