Tracfone Motorola GSM C139-4, will it work in the philippines? - recall motorola raxor v9m
TracFone Motorola GSM C139-4 in working GSM 900/1800, which is what we use in Argentina, if I remember right. In there on vacation for 3 weeks and he does not want to wear my expensive phones.
If it is only effective if you have a SIM card used, or even unlock the phone?
